A continental model of social isostasy –
SOCIAL ISOSTASY
The essential
philosophical framework that encapsulates and shores up an idea in realisation
is needless to say more than irrelevant, indeed it is critical to enabling the
sustaining staying power when that projects runs into difficulties. As far as
continental and regional development is concerned in Africa, there is a need to
re-orient to perceive industrialisation not as an import substitution scheme,
since improved communication and transportation and trans-continental delivery
systems have not only brought the world closer but makes it difficult to give
relevance to nationalistic projects when overproduction and efficient sources
are just a button click away. The immediate consequence is that the underlying
thought processes and evaluative relevance for such projects. must need undergo
some drastic re-modification. The second effect is that development should per
necessity assume a regional scope that embraces several countries within the
continental sub-region. These will be deliberated and enhanced later. But the
fundamental awareness that needs to be impressed on evolving African society is
that, in some instances no matter how much overabundance exists elsewhere, the
crucial consideration of self dependency as a safety network is a tried, tested
and time proven value. A value that a continent must appreciate at the
leadership level, while allowing the private sector to focus on moral profit
making as the bottom line for engaging in organisation building.
One basic awareness
that leaders must be conscious of is that national boundaries must be perceived
form two significant perspectives, the first is that they are manmade and is
characteristic of territorial tendencies evident in animal behaviour; secondly
as reflective of internal division of a nation into regions, provinces,
counties etc they are convenient demarcations to facilitate organisation around
higher human principles to realise common ends for those living within each
defined territory. They are not by any means sacrosanct or inviolable boundaries,
but are best left as they are now, so long as there is the awareness that it is
not so much the size as the extent to which the people within each piece of
defined territory are able to combine their higher mental capacities to create
meaningful existence that sustains the environment and its occupants. These
occupants range from the invisible to the human inhabitants. The awareness that
just as equality is a near impossibility that borders on fantasy in human
affairs the composition of the resources of these superficially demarcated
territories can hardly be all sufficient in all their requirements for
attaining desired standards. The need for co-operation and supportive existence
thus extends beyond individuals to higher social segments as nations.
The continent is a
self sufficient landmass that has been divided into units for manageable
governing. (There is absolutely nothing wrong with recasting existing reality
with a view to providing further clarity of poorly understood and appreciated
states of affairs.) The political separation of the landmass and the grouping
of dissimilar (along some narrow and major lines of differentiation; dialect,
culture and religion) groupings into the same national geographical boundary,
is a blessing, for it foreshortens the inevitable cultural blend as societies traverse
across barriers of situational locations and binding traditions, riding the tumultuous
waves of rapid time, towards a more open, individual well-being focused modern
society, where economic power, its antecedent conditionality and consequences
rather than tribal identity becomes the desired for determinacy of the fullest
individual realisation. The referential identity with tribe will remain as a
reassuring comfort of sought for identity as individuality assumes core
substantial value and the land question is gradually rendered inconsequential,
due to maximising potential inherent in quality production loosely connected to
size of landed property. The land will revert more to its appropriate usage as
a shared commonality that is valued for its natural content of plains,
grassland, bushes, wetlands, forests, and savannah's where humanity goes to
experience the natural abandon of effusive beauty of nature in its dance with
time and season. The land will always have owners superficially, but its
controlling reversed influence on human affairs and peace of mind will be
drastically altered from the aggressive destructiveness that currently occasions
the land issue and its expressive discursiveness.
There is one overriding
commonality that is shared by all the inhabitants of this continent, from a
purely human perspective each and everyone is a wonderfully created entity put
into a caretaker role, with associated linkages of responsibilities and duties,
necessitating a naturally required differentiation of role responsibilities and
effectual influences of actions emerging from any unitary position within the
massed interlink of dependent role responsibilities. If a certain significant
aggregate number of free willed individuals decide not to undertake the
backbreaking but willingly undertaken task of digging up the ground and
planting yam seedlings, because for any of a myriad of reasons, they feel
individually centred and socially unconscious of their collective lapse to
engage in their daily task activities; or if on the reverse a leader government
fails in just execution of social responsibility and decides to indulge
individual self satisfactory needs rather than the demanding mind task activity
of designing social ends that are mutually satisfying to all of the various
points that diversify the social spectrum, the effects of actions from both
ends result in a suffering at the core of society, albeit the individual end
points may gain some temporary satisfaction, the end consequence is that
everybody suffers. In this simplified format, there emerges the truth that
social justice based on fairness and equitability of distribution of commonly
held resources is a natural condition for social stability and growth.
- The circumstances
detecting the pace, direction and nature of current developments on the
continent, requires strategic social engineering practices, that in all its
manifestations facilitates multiple developmental paths. No matter what social
arrangement process is touted favourable by popular consent, the guardianship
of strong government with wide creative and innovative vistas is
incontrovertible. The leadership skills that should head any government, is one
that is keenly aware of the need to craft out new meanings out of the existing
chaos. The innovative quality desired is one that is constantly diversifying
beyond existing frontiers of constraining frustration, enabling structural and
non structural stepping stones of development, divesting at one level for
leveraged continuance by the private sector, while facilitating productive and
multiplicative development within its policy frameworks, ensuring not only
sustenance but enabling unhindered improvements to divested ownership. The
creative factor of leading a continent in transition is critical to the
eventual outcome state as that continents rises on the spiral of evolving time
and situational determined confluence of defining activities, to indicate
stable states of congealed clarity. Creativity can be positive and ethereally beautiful,
the delicacy of its beauty its responsiveness to change and improvement; or
negative and tenuously destructive, the tenacity of negative consequences is
that more often than not they leave in their wake severe inadequacies along
varied fronts, creating a vacuum of non-availability that thwarts
reconstruction, when a turnaround occurs from the paths of destructive
irrelevancies.
- The concept of
freewill is underlined by the individual's unhindered self determinacy to draw
as much air as desired with each breath without causing imbalance or shortness
of breath to the widest nose in operation. Like the freewill of breathing,
social freewill must be structured within defining social frameworks, just as
the intricacy of complex internal structures establish veritably irrefutable
breath intakes, not that will full increment harms anyone but the individual.
Indeed room is made for occasional big breaths. The social freewill is an
innate desire to experience and appreciate unhindered all that a given society
can and should make available through social organisation processes, production
and enhancement of nature's basic provision. The desire is common to all of
humanity, but there is a difference between desiring and having. What stands as
gap between desires and reality in this delimited definition of freewill or
economic freewill to be more precise, is the pattern of social organisation
established in that society. While there are no perfect systems, or any agreed
procedural rules for establishing that social organisation. The principles that
should be inherent in that social arrangement are detailed in scriptures and
adaptations of scripture, found in non scriptural documentations. That there
are forces within every society that stand against the common realisation of
equally desirable ends is a reality sui generis.
- What is impossible
is what is inconceivable. For a vibrant mass of adaptable capacity, the society
on the continent is best positioned to re-craft the axis for repositioning of
critical variables that determine desired states. The role of the pack leader
cannot be overemphasised. For the situation can be likened to a herd that is in
a process of rediscovering new, hidden, yet discoverable nourishment, on the ancient
trails travelled for times stretching into the misty past. The discovery
process is a tedious burden on the pack that has to relearn the ancient pathways,
which in its mundane nature has become an unthought-of genetic reoccurrence;
such total re-appreciation goes against the very substance of conscious being,
and its immediate evocation of reactance reactivity is an expected speed check
that bumps the onrush into newer horizons. Speed checks notwithstanding there
still remains a journey of interminable, unimaginable hindrances on the way to
where the rainbow ends and the light begins. The path is covered, and the
canopy of overwhelming jungle of human frailties makes losing the true-course
an expected reality. The ancient ones in their resounding simplicity have
provided a simple guiding principle: "He who is tilling depends on those
behind to confirm the straightness of his rows". For the children of this
age the consequences of inadequate mapping the path, because of indecipherable
destination definition has in the bristle of the dawning panic consequent on
the failures of the pack leaders path reading skills, has been despair of ever
returning to the true path.
The true path for the
masses is a desire fulfilled to share in commonwealth. It is an approximation
of hope nurtured. It is a closing of the gap between the true self and the
socially engendered self of futility. The true path is attained when mercy
rains upon the hardened hearts of iniquitous leaders and yields a crop of
mercy. The mercy that makes a sense of partiality and weakness for the
dispirited a sensitive worthy badge of true manhood. When the fortitude of
driving achievement realises the accomplishment of mutually desired ends for
the common good and sustenance of the deprived the heights of lifetime
achievement. The effort that breaks the maelstroms of the repetitive nightmare
we live.
The world as we know
it is a bad dream, where equality has achieved a bad name, where the brutality
that occasions human strife makes civilisation a sick joke. Degradation
occasioned by human want in the midst of possible solutions is accepted as
normalcy. In these ages, normal needs redefinition. At the heights of the
accumulated gains of the years of adaptive development, society looks
prehistoric existence as existing reality and acknowledges it as inevitably
inconsequential. The inconsequentiality is a resultant of human exceptions and
inadequacies. The compounding determinacy factor is that freewill makes a choice;
and those choices have effects, far reaching effects.
- When societies
choose to believe in their imposed debilitating inadequacy and low achievement
as inevitable, in a way the marginal prosperity that occasions those societies
is a self-fulfilling prophecy. For the lack of vision detracts leaders in such
societies from maintain a set course with an aim to achieve certain desirable
ends. What passes for prosperity is socially defined, and when visionless
societies focus on short term parochial materialism that caters for only a
portion of society, such societies pursue these short term ends with the same
misguided zeal that well planned ends could have been systematically realised.
It is not that the non-viability of these pursuits are not perceived within the
society, but because its actions are motivated by wrongly conceived and immature
decisions, they occasion a frenzy of survival, because such social actions
provide no long term assurance but a certain extinction for those who will not
be able to grasp enough of what it is that these social designations have
deemed worthy of acquisition. Equality is a conditional reality that is
qualified by justice and fair play to ensure social stability. Human mind in
conceptualised in its capacity as a weighing mechanism that evaluates and deems
justified and equitable inevitable differences within the society. By that same
process it is capable and regularly demands the establishment for the
individual and the collective attained states that are individually
appreciated, sought for and socially facilitated. Whatever is realised through
individual or collective creative effort at one point has social consequences
and reverberations that extends far beyond the individual and event situation,
much as its benefits and costs may at times extend beyond existing society and
the present into the un-discerned future. There is thus a collective
responsibility dimension of varied extents, in time, situational spread, and
affected individuals, to virtually every act that extends beyond the
individual. That being the case, the intended and unintended social
consequences of human decisions and actions, have in their wake created
awareness of the implications of exercised responsibility to any individual or
sets of individuals that by their acts effect social consequences.
Thus by the same
effort that the massed energy facilitates desired states for a few of societies
components, appropriate and strategic orientation could enable an all
encompassing effect. The overabundance at one location is not a justification
for overindulgence just as much a lack in one section is not a cause for
justified suffering. There is a balance crafted into nature that must resonate
at every level of creation to ensure stability. The stability of the mind
state, where the overindulged have no bitter aftertaste of a persecuting guilt,
for it is beyond the manipulation of the limited control of the human-will to
shut down an inbuilt consciousness, in much the same way as no matter how desirous
man is he can only forgo sleep for just that amount of time (it makes everyone
humble, how all so quickly our overrated self assumed superiority is
marginalised, on basic biological mechanisms.), just as the lingering pain of
the desirous unsatisfied soul.
- The assembly of
legislators should be independently represented at three locations, bringing
the legislating and governing process closer to the people concerned, the
south, the middle and the north- There should be one president who should have
a four year term, the first year in the capital, the second year in the middle
the third year in the north and the final year in the capital.
- True contribution
to the communal wellbeing cannot be forced, men have and will contribute in
different and (to non-participating others) incomprehensible ways to maintain
the social equilibrium. The society facilitates fair acknowledgement of
contributory efforts creating social balance through diversified
acknowledgement of rewarded effort; and the individual member of society is
endowed with situational and dispositional variations that effective social
direction can engage for collective well-being.
- Education and
examinations must reconceived as facilitating processes rather frustrating
exercises of severe mental trauma. Examinations are to be assessment
instruments for facilitating adequacy of knowledge acquisition and separating
according to talent, ability and interest, within the very process of
assessment must be in-built support and enablement. Education is an eye opener
to the unlimited possibilities that the human mind is capable of realising and
it must be construed as such without any in-built frustration.
- Every human being
is required to live a decent standard of existence from cradle to grave, either
through their own effort or by assistance from the community. A grown man of 21
or more not in an educational or training institutions must be provided through
assisted effort to a productive, contributory existence. He must live in
desirously appreciable environments and housed in a dwelling with a sleeping
room, a hall, a toilet and bathroom, and a cooking place. That these basic
requirements are commonly desired essentials that lie at the base of normal
existence are truisms, that many are denied it is a failure on the part of
society. All people share a common physical environment that must be
constructed, maintained or disrupted by human processes with the fundamental
knowledge that the commonly held trust takes precedence over any individual idiosyncrasy
much as society must accommodate individual preferences with flexible
negotiability.
- We owe it to every
new member of the species that their early years of maturation should be spent
in comfortable environments that glorify the giver of life and the enabler of
the sense of beauty and appreciative worth. The vessel through whom life is
rendered must be supported with a sense of appreciative worth, in active
contributory life or in the nurturing process. The mind and the body are worthy
of Godly nourishment for every child born in this blessed continent.
- There are enough
activities requiring labour that should all and require many more in active
contributory existence into the furthest future conceivable. That this has not
been realised is an indication of human failure in recognising their full worth
and thriving on the wisdom and creative intellect.
The ordered society
is a stronghold of freedom and genuine tolerance. Order and respect for one
another as inscribed in reasonable legislations, makes for the fullest
appreciation and efficient utilisation that the
Creator has made available for each passing generation to appreciatively
indulge in with restraint of awareness that for eons that which is being
plundered has sustained an effective balance and will -that is nature and its
resources- will react violently and inconsolably, when the values it accords
human existence is abused. To deny humane existence that imposes inhumane
conditions in the age of expanding possibilities is an act of abuse and greed
against the natural states that facilitate its realisation. Humility on the
part of leadership is awareness that their positional responsibility is to
elevate humanity through social organisation processes that bring into play all
the existing capabilities.
Just as no man is an
island onto itself, no society is an isolated reality and it is not by chance
that societies are interdependent, rather it is a design of creation to
integrate and combine resources and mind states to elevate human pride in
itself as a manifest image of a Creator of unlimited capacities and unbounded
visions, in which replication of that Creator our acts are to enhance and add
value to existence irrespective of who is concerned. The weak must be strengthened,
the wild must be tampered and the bold in mind must reach out into non-existing
reality and yield creative reality. To constantly change in response to human
sense of need for variability to break the monotonousness of the mundane and
desire for change. That individual ability, effort and tenacity (and more often
than not the soft whisper in the sudden lull in frenzied activity) acting
within the coordinated effort of others or alone in pleasant solitude has been
and will be the source of inspired creativity that has brought appreciated
change for whole societies, and indeed in many more ways than one the whole of
humanity in these age is not far from the fundamental principle of the creative
effort. In a way deeper than easily realisable there is an imitation, poorly understood
replicating depiction of man's effort of a greater source of the light that has
lighted the gloomy of primitive existence. Even the devolution to primary
states of bestial existence exceeds spiritual dimensions to find manifestation
in physical reality. The fall from grace through disobedience to benevolent
Godhead was manifest in physical degradation, a hopeless falling backwards to
unsupportive primacy. For the continent in isolated uniqueness, traditional
society was a state of cohesive rationality that enabled a situation relevant
social framework that enabled some and a varied form of community existence.
The relevancy of the underlying foundations of those harsh times and the
traditions of superstitions that weaved a religious bondage of subservience for
the socially condescending or isolated separation of the socially intolerant
courageous, has undergone drastic change with the winds of change and is barely
discernible in the mists of the receding past. In the gap of changing times the
continent is grappling to comes to terms of designing an equitable social
organisation, and like in all things human, the first, second and third rounds
have been glimpses of promises in decadent failure. But there are limited
options the continent will have to come to terms with changing circumstances
and redefine equitable justice in the managing of the collective responsibility
to ensure peaceful existence.
-There is a balance
in nature that is replicated across time, levels and dimensions; there is a
design that spans time periods of such inhumane proportions that very few can
discern its rhythm pulsating through the puny, brief individual span of affairs
but it nevertheless at work in shaping the things that are yet in their
formative stages. There is in each age a choice element that are like the
vibrations distorting the smooth broad curves of a time curve, extending from
distal past into seeming future infinity. The collective freewill is the choice
element exercised by each and any grouping at a point in time and location that
determines the direction and nature of their vibrancy along that mighty curve.
Whether they resonate with Godly principles that are all inconclusive and humane,
or preoccupied by self aggrandisement that is irrelevant void of a social
context and totally in contradiction to the laid down principles of harmonious
coexistence.
- The guests at this
party, to which they brought nothing, to which they can lay claim as theirs,
not even their very being, at times ridiculously seem to be waging a war
against the great convenor. Perceived within the agreed time frame, their petty
acts of irritating rudeness, is almost like self determining atoms in so much perturbation
that they have stirred a storm of turbulence in a teacup, thinking from their
own perspective that they are in full control. Humility is the desired
attitude.
- Leader at all
levels are critically nexus points for coordinating social growth and stability,
and the most important part of the expected activity is that leadership is a
social and moral responsibility on a task of mercy, with a great burden;
society acknowledges the heavy burden of a leaders thankless duty and thus give
adequate room for faltering and failure, and hopes that one way or the other
the leader set their priorities and remain focussed on responsible discharge so
that the rest of society can go about their daily activities with some
semblance of peace. Good leaders have their rewards, which only the higher
developed mind that is necessary for good leadership appreciates. The bad
leader is a bane, a painful curse that bedevils society, and their departure is
a cause for celebration. There are only the two types, as far as leadership is
concerned, the good ones and the bad ones, for he holds the status quo, holds
in place the inherited evil or sustains the onward progression of the socially
appreciated good.
- There is in essence
a dynamic build upon effect that underlies progress, and by its very nature, an
unnerving assumption of measured realisation that much as it is obvious and
taken for granted, is left barely explained. Why has the past century yielded
more developmental creativity by the collective creative intellect than the
past 5,000 years put together. Is there a critical mass effect that even though
unexplained accounts for growth spurts in mind utilisation capacity; is this
growth state a human collective progressive stage that lifts the collective
entity one step up, or is a thinly anchored realised state? (If the dark ages
are anything to go by, retrogressive progress in social development is in a way
an indication of fragile inconsequential of social states in comparison within
time-space continuum. It is more am issue of mitigating factors that constitute
am existing state of being) Whatever the possible idealisations, there is the
unmitigated truth that the intellectual aspect of human mind state and
intelligent application to situational adjustment, problem required resolution
state is as much social artefact as it is idle curiosity. Both extremities
imply a mind capability state that is engaged with differing consequences and
effects depending on the contingencies of the evolving situational
circumstances.
That being the case,
the presciently existing states of social attainment and social organisation
are merely choices among infinity possibilities, but they are narrowed by the
existing achievements that provide a referent source for progressive
development and the social configurations within which idle curiosity could be
projected onto larger scale realisable effect. The catalyst for progress over
and above contrived states of realisation, seems to be a motivating factor; the
strongest motivating factor is the one that enables life sustenance at the
individual and societal level. That life sustenance often requires motivated
supportive co-ordination of several individuals forming a group, a clan, a
tribe and finally a nation.
- The destabilising
factor that can wreck unimaginable havoc in any society is the perception of
unfair practices that not only favours one segment of society but potentially
puts at risk the well-being of the denied segment. The fulcrum that balances
social equanimity has been the formative basis of any mutually consenting
gathering of individuals; it has and still remains the cohesive factor that
enables social tolerance. That balancing factor on which stability resolves is
mutual perception of fair play within society. The original basis for grouping
- individuals and resource, whether those resources are a claim on existing reality
of an effort of creative pursuit - is that each person within the group becomes
a supportive facilitator along an essential dimension of cooperative supportive
activity that sustains the individual survival within the group context; inasmuch
as those activities sustain the group as an identified unit with multiple
linkages of supportive influence. In small tribal groupings the nature and
variability and for that matter the range of activities was by all
considerations extremely narrow and therefore the major focus of activities centred
around individual effort -collecting and gathering; coordinated dyads, triads
or small groups needed coordinated functional activities - hunting, canoe
fishing, raiding parties - or in the case of tribal wars, or massed migrations
the whole collective, be it tribe or nation. The economic activity was a
simple, uncomplicated exchange process, developing along convenient mediums of
exchange. Religion and leadership exerted impressive social control, but even
in the worst circumstances the role of leadership remained as the nexus
coordinating centre for maintaining social balance based on equity and respect
for others; the role of social leadership has been and still remains 'the big boy who ensures that no one
gets cheated in sharing the commonwealth; while no one individual can beat up
the big boy and have his way;
together, all of them can, and do occasionally bring down the big boy where his
actions are in contradiction to the requirements of his; but if the big boy plays
by the rules, allowing his conscious to ensure that he does not take advantage
of the others, all is fine and he still retains the control function of
ensuring equity in social activities.' This is the role and the essential
leadership role. A role upon which social stability rests.
- The individual has
a choice, indeed a range of choices. The mind of the individual reflecting the
collective is elastically adaptable, and responsive to yield creativity in
direction of persistent effort. Thus when motivating factors (factors, the
presence of which precipitate and necessitate a required pattern of responses
along prescribed lines to yield a desired solution) that demand a response push
the placid state of accepted comfortability in direction of needed change, the
intensity of persistent non-concrete pressure -literally racking the mind for
solutions - yields a creative solution that sets into motion, taking into
consideration existing reality, extremities that push the boundaries of
inadequacies of existing reality to
yield forms and functions that may drastically change social reality positively
or negatively.
But this does not
necessarily discount variation within individuals of the speed or instigating
circumstances that produce sudden unheralded insight. The boundary is very much
between creativity as an intellectual capacity and individual dispositional
ability in relation to certain issues and socially concerted effort within
designated settings counting on individual talent working within coordinated activities
of a social collective to yield expected ends. In whatever forms it takes the
mind stands out as capable of unlimited creative expanse and adaptability,
responding in its physical manifestation to the situational concrete deployments
attained and projecting from therein. What cannot be said for certain is
whether the rate of intellectual capability is innate quality being realised in
responsive reaction to a slowly evolving physical environmental provisional
state or a time paralleled evolutionary process.
However conceived,
the indubitability of malleability is a consistency of social organisational
processes. There are only degrees of approximation to perfection and varying
depths of failure. The socially instigated state of total failure is when social
cohesiveness is totally non-existent because the fundamentally unscripted basis
for social co-existence has been rendered non-viable and society has been
shredded asunder, where multiplicities of social connections have been
converted into disorganised attack contact points of mutual desired annihilation;
it is a state worse than war, and lower than civil war; it can only
hypothetically be conceived as sudden simultaneous psychotic attack induced by
environmentally penetration brain alternating infusion of high radiation waves
that causes just enough brain at a specific brain centre to cause a sudden
change in perception that sets individuals against another in unrestrained
savagery. On the positive extreme is the heavenly bliss of ordered social state
of being that eliminates every and all individual vices (especially greed and
selfishness) where all are content through facilitations of individually
tailored provisional requirements. While ideal states are extremities within a
range of possibilities, they are approximates that determine the social quality
of any society no matter how complex its detail realisations are. What is
complex is no more than an increasing replication along diversified lines of
fundamental organising principles in varying contextual operable scopes of
numerically increasing composition. The underlying formative principle is
unchanging, enabling not only explanation comprehensively of outwardly complex
states, but capable of organised efficiency of operability.
Social organisation
is one step removed from individual processes, but dependent on productive
harnessing of collectively synthesised operable capacities. Thus the necessity
of social rules may overrule individual desires, indeed the individual desires
of each componential human element constituting the group. Yet as a collective there
can be set into collective tolerance for a time of idiotic policies and bad
policy implementations, without setting into motion immediate violent-rejection
acts that would have occasioned the individual facing such similar pressure to concede
to unwanted and ultimately undesirable effects.
- The continent is in
the morning of a new age; it has in place the mechanism lodged in its
collective mind state to redraft its environment modification to sustain the
social collective, but whatever advances can be realised at this entry level to
developmental growth and change will have to be based on social equity enabled
in parallel development principles. This concept does not trivialise the
diversity that occasions human choice and preference but enables leaders in
interconnected linkages in continental segments to facilitate standards that
qualify existence at levels to approbate social isostasy for progressive
development. In the absence of effective social mechanisms within the
administrative and leadership functional roles responsibility realisation at
multi linked coordinating administrative axial nodes to maintain positive
social isostasy the social unravelling processes of of seeking to retain
balance from the perspective individual sustenance sets into motion currents
and cross currents that cause massive turbulence that counterbalances weak

dependent speeds of social stability or collapse.
The continent is
easing ungently into a new era when just the bare wire framework of social
organisation have been outlined and imperfect social experiments have delayed
effective grand social organisation efforts that seek to maintain positive
isostasy. While there are no hard and fast rules, taking into account the
flexibility that occasions the infinity capability of human creative element,
the underlying principles barely discerned and haphazardly tried in failed,
failing and socially incompletely structured societies maintained in delicate
balance by mutually consented exerted force. Perfection is a subjective
evaluation of circumscribed desirable states. If the human mind is fully formed
and collectively complete then perfection is structurally realised over time
and the attainment of perfect balance along multiple axial coordinates in
perfect synchrony; if the mind is evolving and improving, the centres of
stability are constantly shifting, but not fast enough in human times to
nullify approximation of socially desired states across the broad social
spectrum of any defined collective of human groupings at any select era of time
and place.
- Forced social
engineering attempts to recreate through relocation principles at multiple
interconnections and varied planes of the physical dimension of normal human
existence the naturally balanced self-realising and extremely adaptable basis
of the establishment of sustainable
social isostacy and in contradicting natural forces causes perturbations that
resonate causing imbalances that permeate deep into the formative balance of
the individual creative force field that in coordination with external
principles maintains the human entity's individuality, causing in its wake an
automatic reactive re-adjustment process that sets in motion slowly realising infinitesimal
energy fields in corrective counter forces, that manifest in social reality,
progressively, as initial unease, subtle resistance, low intensity subversion,
mass anti-society social orienting, open resistance, chaos and finally social
collapse.
The poorly organised
society operates at one or more levels of this, because it's inherent
internalised failures is acting in contradiction to centres of stability beyond
human control, manipulation and consequently socialisation processes.
- Since the
collective interplay of individual strengths in terms of mind utilisation
capacities engaged in to yield creative effort, finds reverberating and
altogether deeper impact in terms of the overall effect of shared impact, the
basis for establishing ideally preferred societies that is all inclusive and
all permeating is critical to social growth, progress and individual expansion
within truncated time. There is no one way to execute prefect social
organisation and there is no predictable way that activated social organising principles
will manifest as an identified preferred society. The variables are numerous,
constantly changing and contiguous on situational dynamically variable states.
Yet there is a fundamental balance that is attainable that is worthy of being
aspired to.
- The creation of
social balance is responsive to individual
programmed sense of balance; but what
this internalised
balance is, how it finds physical and behavioural representation and how we to
know that its expression in physiology is representative of mind state
phenomena?
- Socially constructed
reality is an attempt to attain a balance that sustains social cohesiveness and
foster mutuality across varied levels of dependencies. But in its actualisation
there can be gross departure from expectations due to confluencing variables.
- The nature of
social balance realisation is not a constant variability of shifting preferences
around the axial (individual and unit variable stable states of temporary
attainments) nexuses (broad social confluences that require and involve
automatic subtle or overt negotiated states of mutual acceptance.) But
represent evolving planes of broad social shifting, each new level becoming the
projected background against which attained socially realised stability is
judged and readjustments made through constant maintenance at the individual
level and expanding accommodation facilitated at the social level in
anticipation of the next plane shift to higher or lower levels. When there is a
downward plane shift, in the awareness of comparable attainable standards
elsewhere, outside the social definitional boundary of that social entity, the
whole society is under pressure both at the collective social mental level and
the coordinating social nexuses for a revision upwards to desired levels of
preference.
- What causes a
critical mass shift in a social situation can be assumed loosely to be all
channel directive flow of positively correlated desire that triggers activation
resolution mechanisms. The activation state itself is a cumulative effect
beginning from the unit level across axial centres to nexuses and demand by its
energy field sufficient force to push for social readjustment response
procedures. The assumption of critical mass states being achieved at each point
of balance alteration potential is mediated by a number of conditional variable
states of variables. The existence of these variable states determine the rate
of approximating and attaining critical mass that instigate social rebalancing
action states and the intensity of pursuit of those changes, which intensity
and duration determinacy is influenced counter-directionally by accretive
forces within the socially realised circumstances, circumscribed by situational
definitional requirements at each phase of social coordinating definitional
nexuses.
The implications
obviously are that there are fundamental approaches to resolving social
imbalance all of which aim at realising through internal or external
facilitation, at the micro or macro whole societal level. The micro individual
balancing is initiated by the individual or is assessed for utilisation by the
individual from extra-individual individual external resource facilitating
within axial loops or from the wider social organisation, which by itself finds
expression across incrementally widening inclusive social encompassments. The
social resolution can attempt to direct resources at enabling individual
balance states that are socially amenable to eliminate intrusive undesired
social effects originating from individual states of imbalance. The social
organisation engaged in by society has within itself a self correcting responsive
mechanism that rectifies organising machinery induced imbalance. The society
can attempt to marshal resources inclusive of human components in interaction
with social constructs and physical instruments to respond to
external-originating superimposing undesired changes upon and destabilising the
social balance. The society has internalised correcting mechanisms that
regulate and channel resources through complexly realised coordinating
facilitated activities, which sets of action canters of coordinated activity is
multilayered; at each unit of action, end process ascertainable outcomes of
subtle or overt nature are coordinated by sets of coordinating pointers that
facilitate synchronous at unit or social segment level.
- Perfect states of
balance cancel out strong contradictions that nudge the balance and initiate contra
positional forces within the concerned medium. The theoretically and rarely
balanced sub-system, which difficulty of maintaining balance increases with
diversity and composing independent units, can make a plane shift that uplifts
to a higher plane or degrades to a lower level; the system balance must make
adjustment to reflect the higher plane condition. What happens at different
plane levels is not only a change in intensity of existing forces, but the
introduction, the coming into active existence, new, previously dormant and
emergent forces that require adjustment to. However the cumulative decipherable
variables and situational defining congruencies have varied significantly (
what is or is not significant are estimations within the definitional
specifications of any social organisation; again there is flexibility and diversity
occasioning social setups and their constituents but there are points of
departure that each system acknowledges voluntarily or are marked by such
obvious and drastic indicatives that they are involuntarily acknowledged and socially
approbated.) enough to warrant superimposed whole systemic upscale readjustment
or low grading readjustment to maintain unit activated readjustment that
creates waves effects and consequent blockages at nexus points where responsive
readjustment is inactivated through unawareness, failure or inability, leading
to frustrations - at the emotional level of individual - due to counter
positional non absorbability in direction of general flow (individual outwards)
causing backwash that contradicts and causes internal backlash at unit
sources(s). Massed social frustration is often due to incompletely negotiated
social contract between a social unit and the society, between social units and
an individual within a social unit. Such social frustration arise because
incompletely negotiated social contract, implies forcing requirements that
cannot find adequacy of acceptance that is in concordance with desired states
of normalcy. Normal states are balanced states of ease of existence within the definitional
realisations of the situational requirements. The contract is inevitable since
active or inactively pursued social organisations depends and is stabilised on
granted acquiescence by all the participants involved. Even where participants
are in disfavour of social demands, their subjection to the majority prevailing
view is consequential on the required imposed adjustment obligating
self-balanced socially induced acceptance.
- The implication is
obvious that there is an imposed concessionary requirement that the society
demands of its components and groupings. While the unit within the larger
social set up may be imbalanced in terms of inability to achieve preferred
states through external impositions, the individual must attempt to downgrade
by shifting into a lower plane, where adjustment is achieved by fitting lower
than expected external states and its provision to induce and self designated
internal states. The awareness that a higher level plane is the preferred
optimum and is possible, but socially constrained, creates low intensity
dissatisfaction and creates a build up which if not dissipated over the long
run, creates a condition of volatile dissatisfaction easily ignited to push for
upward plane shift to higher states of preferred balanced existence. The focus
of attention is a tripartite mind state expectation, physical environment
impositions and the social mind set operating through nexuses emanating from
pointers in coordinated linkage with the larger society dictates emanating from
pointers.
- Why some social
organisations fall into a rut of repetitive failures at the same plane level is
that they have not been establish a centre of stability that effective social
organisations processes would have attained either through internal default and
implied weaknesses that minimise directional effectiveness in adjustment
procedures by effecting combinations of dimensional resources to achieve multiple
level balance. The difficulty may also arise from externalities that the
internal states are not adequately equipped to deal with or are incapable by
disposition to handle. For example a dinosaur in close proximity to a caveman's
dwelling, hypothetically since they were fortunately in the same era, may cause
massive imbalance stretching from internal states to food chain considerations,
but there are actually not that many options open for remedy, but to move
elsewhere. Give that some social organisations do not have the option of just
leaving they have to deal with the issue
requiring redress or succumb. When there is the awareness that it requires
a total shift to a higher plane there are internal perturbations of sufficient
force to activate directional force, yet those same forces may lack the initial
momentum to initiate change without an interceding force.
One of the most
recurrent causes of social turbulence is severe social imbalance resulting from
social disruptions resulting from plane shift that still leaves a significant
segment in bewildered dishevelment resulting from the impositions (because these
half of society have not come to terms with the requirements of consistency
demanded by the new variable states in the higher plane level) of new plane
variable states, while the other half that are fairly self consistently
balanced cause a tilt at the breakpoint of parity or disparity because their positional
sufficiency at the higher plane by defect overemphasises the inability at the
other extremity.
Where the social
imbalance of tilt at points of disparity are not leveraged through social
mediation efforts of identifying imbalance factors and adjustments effected by
corrective rectification, if the accumulating imbalance effect is of sufficient
force whereby critical mass effect is attained the whole society is in danger
of fracturing along three major sections. In the imbalanced section, the
individual balancing action creates further diffractions within the axial and
nexuses of coordinated transfer, this causes cross currents of disruptive
uncoordinated unit balancing action that chokes the nexuses of social
coordination and cause internal fracturing when discordant uncoordinated channelling
of social balancing effort exceeds the absorbing capacity of control and rechanneling
at the nexuses.
A situation that
occurs when the nexuses in uncoordinated or coordinated transfer channel more
social demands than the tilted society can bear at the point of tilt. The point
of tilt itself receiving inconsistent directional information from the higher
plane positioned segment of society as to how to create total balance or ignore
the zone of tilt. Since transfer is unidirectional, backward regurgitative flow
is counter effective. And to control for the reverse channel effect, the social
balance at times buckle at the zone of tilt, causing a plane downgrading at the
higher planed segment of society, where inability to lift the lower end of the
encompassed collective generates nexus discordance and leads to fragmentation.
The downgraded end
can either establish same plane contact by adjusting tilt points or attempt to
break off from the previously imbalanced section and attempt plane shift after
correcting for discordance at the nexus through negotiation of the discordances
that led to fragmentation and consequent tilting out of balance. The decision
to break away causes a tearing at the zone of tilt and leads to two separate
societies, each of which must then reengage in establishing balanced states and
uniform channels of balanced states in their nexuses. The only difference is
that one of the breakaways may be more equipped than the other to make faster
plane shift. But it could very well be that internal inconsistencies arising
from the earlier effects of tilt may linger.
-Social systems will
react violently and inconsolably, when the values it accords human existence is
abused. To deny humane existence that imposes inhumane conditions in this age
of expanding possibilities is an act of abuse and greed against the natural
state that facilitate its realisation. Humility on the part of leadership is
awareness that their positional responsibility is to elevate humanity through socio-economic
and politocal processes that tap into potentially all existing capabilities.
